dancehall. “Breakin” is a little machine — it merges the dub techno and dubstep fever with a taste of electronic pop. Abstract fun and deep grooves. To
complete the album, there are three ambient tracks: the heavenly “So Weit So Gut,” “Years Ago” and the opener track, “Dub Eraldo,” which was made
together with Eraldo Bernocchi.

A ‘Perfect Day’ is a dozen tracks by the popular band Fleetwood Mac who are a British/American rock band formed in 1967. The two most successful
periods for the band were during the late 1960s British blues boom, when they were led by guitarist Peter Green; and from 1975-87, with the more poporientated
band that featured bassist John McVie, Christine McVie, Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks. The band enjoyed more modest success in the
intervening period between 1971 and 1974, with the line-up that included Bob Welch. Drummer Mick Fleetwood is the only member present in the band from
the start.

Greek tenor Mario Frangoulis presents a tribute to the famous tenor of the ’50s, Mario Lanza. Frangoulis, after two years of studying Lanza’s repertoire
and in close co-operation with the tenor’s family, gave two concerts with Lanza’s repertoire: at Moscow and at The Theatre of Herodes Atticus in Athens,
with the famous Russian Orchestra, OSSIPOV. The spirit of those concerts is reflected on his new studio album Passione, which was recorded at the
Pavel Slobotkin Center in Moscow with Vladimir Ponkin as conductor. Sony BMG. 2008.

Two CD set. Bill Frisell’s History, Mystery is a series of short pieces, alternately elegant and playful, written by Frisell for an octet comprised of the guitarist
himself and a group of longtime collaborators-friends. One evocative snippet melds into another to form a virtually seamless work that unfolds over the
course of this double-disc package. It has an engrossingly theatrical quality, as if it were the score to some unseen play. Some of these tracks were
originally written for Mysterio Sympatico, a 70-minute multi-media dialogue between Frisell and fellow Seattle based artist/comic book author Jim Woodring
that premiered in 2002 at St. Ann’s Warehouse in Brooklyn, featuring Frisell’s compositions and Woodring’s surreal projections, and that has subsequently
been reprised around the country.

2008 digitally remastered two CD set, compiled and mastered by Ron Geesin himself, features a comprehensive collection of his BBC Radio session
recordings from the late ’60s through to the mid ’70s, most of which have never been released before now. The accompanying 12 page CD booklet features
extensive liner notes by Geesin, A genuine ‘one-off’, with a dizzying range of work, Ron Geesin’s name will be familiar to many rock fans through his
collaboration with Pink Floyd. Geesin worked with the band on their Atom Heart Mother LP, co-writing the side-long title track of that record. One of Britain’s
leading avant-garde composers and performers, Geesin began his musical career in 1962, as a member of a jazz band, and is still going strong today,
working on new projects into 2008. Hux.

works together date back to the late ’40s. They met as members of Woody Herman’s Second Herd in 1948 and made their most important recordings
