Master Bassist and first call player to the stars, Sekou Bunch ‘finally’ emerges from the shadows and takes his rightful place in the spotlight with his
auspicious Trippin ‘N’ Rhythm records debut. Thirty plus years in the trenches providing the rock solid backbone for some of the brightest stars in the

has provided Bunch rich opportunity to draw influence from rock, jazz and R&B all of which he stirs into an intoxicating and satisfying brew on Level.
Bunch’s feel and complete mastery of his instrument become readily apparent in the opening strains as he takes the receiver on a vibrant and scintillating

& Blues (1960-1972) for a new generation. His album, This Is Ryan Shaw, combines a powerfully expressive voice with a clutch of great songs both
classic and new—and a state-of-the-art, in-your-face sound that makes it impossible to sit still. Working with player/producers Jimmy Bralower and
Johnny Gale, Ryan dug deep into the “soul mine” for overlooked gems by obscure artists along with more familiar songs and originals. 14 tracks. Victor.
I Shortwave Set Replica Sun Machine Wall Of 1337914 5413356573022 28/16.09 _____ Rock
2008 sophomore album produced by Danger Mouse (Gnarls Barkley, Gorillaz), a like minded devotee of obscure Psychedelia. Replica Sun Machine radiates
charm, imagination, and scintillating melodies. Word Magazine says; ‘Replica Sun Machine is a revanchist’s dream, a sun-kissed missive from Psych-Pop’s
golden age. Their way with a tune is undeniable and when they hit the spot (the gorgeous ‘Yesterdays To Come’ or the Flaming Lips-gone-glam euphoria
of ‘Now Til ‘69’), the effect is cathartic’. Wall of Sound. 11 tracks. 2008.
D Showbread Anorexia Tnal 506226 5099950622627 13/9.79 _____ Rock
Showbread released two new albums on May 13th, 2008. Each with twelve completely different songs. One album is called Anorexia and the other is
called Nervosa. These records are not conventional musical recordings. They are the soundtracks to a story called ‘Anorexia Nervosa’ which is split into
two, ten chapter segments, one segment comes included with one record and the second comes with the other. As you read the story, the album acts as
a musical accompaniment to the text. Musically, the sound is some of the most lush, organic as well as some of the most harsh, synthetic material we’ve
ever done. It’s sweeping and ominous, then jagged and screeching
D Showbread Nervosa Tnal 521472 5099952147227 13/9.79 _____ Rock
Showbread prefers recreating the band’s musical tone with every album, this album is no exception. The first thing that makes this record special is the
fact that it is two records released on the same day, each with twelve completely different songs. One album is called Anorexia and the other is called
Nervosa and they are soundtracks to a story called Anorexia Nervosa which is split into two, ten chapter segments, one segment comes included with
one record and the second comes with the other. As you read the story, the album acts as a musical accompaniment to the text. Musically, the sound is

D Skybombers Take Me To Town Rmri 1196 020286119623 12/9.19 _____ Rock
Youth, Energy. Rock and roll. Since the 1960’s this combination has propelled thousands of youngsters into garages, with borrowed guitars, broken drums
and a swiftly taught power chord. The story for Skybombers is no different; The lads wrote songs based on those of the bands they loved, 1960’s garage
pop, 1970’s rock and roll, early punk, 1990’s grunge and Britpop; The Kinks, The Clash, Oasis. The racket echoed out of the suburban garage and straight
into another era. The youth and the energy still remains. Skybombers have been selling out tours across their native Australia. The Australian press lists
Skybombers as one of the best live bands around.

2008 digitally remastered and expanded two CD edition of the debut album from the Synthpop duo featuring 10 bonus tracks on Disc One plus a bonus CD
featuring 17 remixes including tracks from the Non-Stop Ecstatic Dancing mini album. Originally released in 1981, the album’s critical and commercial
success was bolstered by the worldwide success of its single ‘Tainted Love’, a cover version of a little-known R&B song by Gloria Jones which topped
charts worldwide and became the best-selling British single of 1981 in the United States. The album produced two more Top Five singles in the UK with
‘Bedsitter’ and the unapologetically sentimental ‘Say Hello, Wave Goodbye’.
